What we collect
Contact details you submit through booking or contact forms — name, email, phone — and information you share about your goal, health context and preferences. Calculator inputs on this site are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
Why we collect it
To reply to your consultation request, deliver your program, personalise your plan, and send scheduled reminders or check-ins related to your program.
Health information
Health details you share with Diettra (weight, measurements, medical history, medications) are stored in your client file. They are used only to support your program and are never sold, published, or shared with third parties for advertising.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — email hello@diettra.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep client files for as long as you are an active client and for up to 24 months after your last program ends, in case you return. After that, we delete unless required by law to keep records longer.
