1. About Diettra
Diettra provides online nutrition and diet consultation services. All content on diettra.com — including calculators, articles and program descriptions — is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified physician.
2. Consultation services
A booking made through this website is a request for a consultation. It is confirmed only after Diettra replies and agrees a time. Paid programs begin only after payment is received and a plan is delivered.
3. Medical disclaimer
Diettra plans are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition, take prescription medication, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness or surgery, consult your physician before starting or making changes to any nutrition or fitness plan.
4. Payments & refunds
Program fees are listed on each program page. The first month of any paid program carries a satisfaction guarantee — if within the first 30 days you feel Diettra is not the right fit for you, we refund the first month in full. After the first month, purchased blocks are non-refundable but can be paused or transferred at our discretion.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health information, follow your plan as agreed, and communicate honestly with Diettra. You are responsible for the food and training choices you make.
6. Intellectual property
All materials on diettra.com — text, images, plans, templates — are the intellectual property of Diettra. You may use plans and materials provided to you personally; you may not resell, republish or share them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Diettra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when they do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
